Pilates Sculpt ®
A dynamic, core-focused class combining resistance work with bands, tubes and sliders, followed by a restorative Pilates flow and stretch. Expect a strong, effective workout with options to suit different fitness levels.
Classes cost £12 and run weekly at the Canal Club Community Centre, E2 9HP, from 20th April 2026.
Move and Stretch
This free, weekly session for women is run by East London-based organisation, Trapped in Zone One, with sessions taught by Laura.
Move and Stretch takes place every Tuesday morning, from 10-12, at Toynbee Hall in Aldgate, E1 6LS.
